Gathering has lost the plot.

Somewhere along the way, life's biggest moments — birthdays, showers, retreats, milestones — started being designed for a post instead of the people in the room. They became obligations to check off instead of reasons to actually come together.

But what could be more important than celebrating our people? What’s more important than being in community with one another to acknowledge, validate, and celebrate? I believe convening — bringing people together with real intention — is one of the most meaningful things we do. And it doesn't take a bigger budget or a longer checklist to get it right. It takes a clearer sense of why you're gathering in the first place. And then just a little effort to make it even more special.

That's where I come in.

Before anything gets planned, we talk. I want to know what you're hoping this gathering gives your people — and you. What matters, what doesn't, what you've loved (or hated) about convenings you've been to before.

From there, I coach you through it — helping you make confident decisions on budget, timeline, venue, and guest list, so you can spend your energy on what actually makes the day feel like yours, not a copy of someone else's.
